Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unopened, non-perishable products delivered within the last 30 days.
  • Products must be unopened, unmarked, and in their original condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers suspected of abusing our return policy.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order details. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your items.
Please note: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and we do not provide return labels.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected at our facility.
  • Return processing may take up to 5–10 business days from the time your return is received.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Skin Clarified or the courier is at fault.
